Hospitality and Tourism Research

My past research projects include consumer psychology in hospitality (e-commerce, online booking, and privacy concerns), traveler behavior (travel stress and coping strategies), and CSR (e.g. food waste prevention in foodservice operations).

My current research projects focus on CSR (corporate social responsibility), specifically in understanding employee relations, employees' well-being, and job crafting in the hospitality industry.
